I wanted to just remind you of an idea called the democratization of leadership.
So you can lead without a title and you don't want to base your leadership on your position because that puts you in a very vulnerable position.
If you have a 50-leader company, well then... see each person as a leader waiting to be developed.
If you have 100 employees or 1,000 employees, then see it as a 1,000 leader company.
You will be undefeatable if you have 1,000 leaders at every level of the organization.
Please remember your job is to build leaders and mentor leaders and spend time with them.
Your behavior sends a message to everyone on the shop floor as to the behavior that's permitted.
