They want to outlearn the competition because they understand that the leader who learns the most wins and education is inoculation against disruption.
A lot of these people have what Bud Tribble and Apple called the reality distortion field.
They have these amazing and strange ideas, and everyone laughs at them until they're in the presence of the visionary, and then they believe them.
And then once you start to believe in your vision, the whole world gets hypnotized into believing your vision.
The best of the best in business, entrepreneurship, creativity, productivity are also absolutely perfectionistic.
They are monomaniacally focused on the creation of their Sistine Ceiling Chapel.
What else? The best of the best in terms of business and the arts are also very good at enrolling and energizing people to be on their team and to help them get their crusade done.
