One of the primary assets of genius is time mastery. \[Time management is so old-school; the true sport is to master it]. Watch someone stuck in a victim mentality and a life of scarcity and you’ll…
And I'll start with an idea, which is energy is more important than intelligence.
So part of the productivity philosophy is remembering if you want to be more productive than heighten your energy.
Because without stamina without energy, your mighty mission, your personal Mount Everest will never get done.
When you do something that fills your heart with joy, even though the world calls it work, you will be more productive.
For me, when I shoot this podcast for you, when I work on my books, when I delivered a keynote, the people around me say, Robin, you work very hard.
So pursue your enthusiasms, and because you love them, you'll work harder, you'll get better, you'll continue in difficult times, and you'll have a great time doing it.
So I want you to find a cause that's larger than yourself and donate the rest of your life for it.
It's when you have a cause, when you feel you're of service, this word service is so important to productivity.
If you are doing something just for the money or just because it's your job, you will never get to BIW, best in the world at it.
But when you are doing something because it's your oxygen, when you are pursuing your Project X because you know it's what you're on the planet to do, when you're pursuing a cause that's larger than your own life, you play with the giants and you dance with the angels and you push magic into the marketplace and you don't give up when things get hard, which of course they will.
because you're an instrument of service making the lives of other people better.
So I wanted to offer you these ideas on productivity so that you bring on your fire and you do great things in the world.
