A lot of times what we do is we're very focused on building an ecosystem that allows us to be more productive, or we focus on our fitness so we have more energy, or we remove the energy vampires so we are more inspired to do better work, or we manage our time better by having a clear daily schedule, which is a really important idea.
Another thing to think about that isn't so common, though, is removing the friction, or what I call drag, from your life.
All of those undones, all of those, uh, incompletions, maybe it's you haven't got your will done, maybe it's a friendship that you haven't repaired, maybe it's some kind of a messy room in your house.
Those things create psychic drag which drain your energy, and so each day when you consistently do the things that you've been resisting and putting off because no one likes...
Oh, there is that mechanical issue with my car or my motorbike," and you consistently start finishing those incompletions, it is remarkable how much energy you start to have, how much more focus you ha-have, because at even a subconscious level, all of those incompletions are draining your cognitive energy.
And when you start to complete them and finish the circle, you have more energy, more focus, and you become far more productive.
