And listen, everything we have talked about so far has been building toward this conversation.

How two people once found each other irresistible can slowly feel incompatible.

Not necessarily because they married the wrong person, but because they stopped intentionally maintaining what they worked so hard to build.

And in that first part of the series, I asked you the question, would you want to be married to you? And then the next part, part two, we talked about connection, curiosity, listening, you know, remaining a student of your wife instead of assuming that you already know everything about her.

And in that conversation, I asked you a key guiding question that was, would you enjoy having a conversation with you? Now, then we went somewhere a little bit harder.

We talked about conflict, defensiveness, criticism, contempt, stonewalling, repair, emotional safety.

And I asked you in part three, which was all about conflict, would you feel safe disagreeing with you? Now we're going to go somewhere even more intimate because I hear questions from husbands all the time.

Like, why doesn't my wife initiate sex anymore? Why don't we have sex as often as we used to? Why isn't she affectionate? Why does it feel like I'm always the one who wants it? Why doesn't she seem to be attracted to me anymore? Now, my friend, understand that these are not bad questions.

Feeling desired by your wife and your wife feeling desired matters, right? But when part of that part of your marriage and let's be real, when part of that part of your marriage disappears, it can hurt.

But remember what we've been doing throughout this entire Marriage Reset series.

So before we spend all of our energy asking, why isn't she attracted to me? I want to ask something harder.

What am I doing to create attraction? Because before you complain about the attraction you're not receiving, take responsibility for the attraction that you're creating.
