And if this is your first time listening, my name is Mitchell Osmond, and I'm thrilled to be here to share what's on my heart today with you.

And so I'm excited to share this part of my story and share this tool with you today.

Because today we're going to be talking about something that I believe is one of the greatest challenges facing modern fathers.

And that's a very, very different problem because most men assume the solution is actually more free time, a lighter schedule, less responsibility, more margin, more weekends, more vacations.

But many fathers have discovered something very surprising, that even when they finally get the time, they still struggle to be present.

The body sat at the dinner table, but the mind stayed trapped in tomorrow's meeting.

The body tucked the kids into bed, but the mind stayed buried in unfinished tasks.

I think this is one of the greatest struggles facing high performing men today, especially for these career driven men like myself.

You see, we struggle with it, not because we don't care, but because, like I said, we're carrying pressure, we're carrying responsibility, we're carrying stress, we're carrying expectations, we're carrying the weight of leadership, provision, deadlines, performance.
