[upbeat music] Hello, and welcome to the D-Shift podcast, and today we are gonna talk all about one of the most important things you're going to do post-divorce, and that is how do you co-parent well.

She is a profess- a certified professional coach, and she works exclusively supporting mothers through divorce and co-parenting.

And she believes divorce with kids is not a failure or a detour from your growth, but it is a personal development opportunity and curriculum that can really be helpful for women to help them evolve post-divorce to become the person they are destined to become.

So Marisa is also an author and a frequent contributor to publications on women's wellness issues.

She also has a book out that I want to make sure that we have a chance to talk about, uh, because I always like supporting authors on this.

As we were chatting a little bit before, uh, before we started recording, I think that the idea of co-parenting is so essential.

And some mindset shifts that you can do while you're going through the divorce can really help you set up a positive co-parenting relationship on the other side, if that is possible given the dynamics of, of your marriage and divorce and what, what life is gonna look like afterwards.

Before we get into all that good stuff though, tell us a little bit about yourself, Marisa, and how you, why this is now your area of focus.
