What we're really trying to do is de-threaten your environment, create reassurance, soothing that anybody would benefit from, regardless of whether they live with fibromyalgia.

Have enriching relationships, have enriching workplace environments, have enriching, fulfilling, stimulating experiences.

If you need the meds sometimes, or if you need the meds every day and they're genuinely helping, then great.

That's part of your personal way of managing the situation, not just a little bit, but as best as you can.

That's a lesson that's useful for everyone, rather than people who live with persistent pain only.

And I think where the discourse gets really difficult a lot of the time is that people fall too far on one side of the spectrum or the other.

There's no just with this stuff, but there are commonalities between everybody who sees improvements, and those commonalities are reiterated by what you've said today.

[laughs] The thing that I wasn't expecting when I started doing this project was that everybody would say slightly different versions of the same thing in slightly different ways, and there really is a thematic analysis that's worth doing of what are the things that everybody is saying here.

And different people bring up different versions of things, and people get benefits very specifically from this therapeutic thing that I tried or that specific strategy that I tried.

Um, but I think what the real benefit is, is that we're seeing these recurrent themes and they are the conditions that make someone's life better with these things and not.

One of the challenges is, is to go back to your initial experience, we're not even telling people this in healthcare.
