The way I like to teach this work is it's not like a puritanical diet where I say, don't drink coffee.
Because the moment people hear me talk, they think you're going to take away my coffee.
So then you can understand this is why I wake up with nightmares or this is why I can't fall asleep at night.
Now, that's not a bad thing if it's used up, but when you're stimulated all day, you come home with all this extra anxiety and then it's literally changing your biology, your life, your perception, how you sleep, all those things, and especially how you recover from the day.
So what I like to teach people how to do is not get rid of stimulants, but how to recover from stimulants.
