We focus on our ideal customer, and our ideal customer is busy, doesn't have enough time to clean the house, nor do they want to, and doesn't wanna micromanage the cleaner, 'cause that's another job for them.

So they just want their problem solved, right? Which is, "I need my house cleaned by someone else other than me, or my partner, or my kids." So that's the first thing.

And then the second thing is, who does that actual work? And for us, we find independent contractors are the best.

'Cause oftentimes people think employees are the best 'cause you can put them in your brand T-shirts like you just said, right? And they're gonna be more loyal, they're gonna show up, they're gonna get the job done right.

In my case, I look at, who is the best at this job right now? It's a cleaner who has tons of experience, has already been working in the field for, like, 5, 10 years, and what their pain points are.

They don't wanna do it themselves, and they don't wanna have to micromanage.

They hate having to deal with the schedule, having to deal with payments, having to chase payments, all that nonsense.
