And one of the things that she said to me, which really resonated because I have two boys, was that because she was the youngest, she pushed back her own needs and because her brother needed it all and needed it more.
And so she made herself significantly smaller and her needs became a lot less important.
And it really made me think about the fact that that's not unusual for the family dynamic, especially when children are involved.
