If I go back and think to being in college, of what I thought I was able to accomplish, It was not anything that I've accomplished.

My mindset was so small in what I thought that I could bring to the world and what I could offer.

And it comes from being purpose-driven and really understanding that mindset is everything.

If you can challenge yourself to think about The possibilities of what can be instead of what it can't be and why it can't work It just opens you up to so much more So I would say there's something inside of me that motivation that drive that I know there's so much Opportunity out there and I want to leave a legacy of impact like I want to have my children Look at and be able to say like wow look at what my mom had done look at how she's impacted others look at what she was able to do and how she could bless others and based on her own blessings so a lot of it for me is purpose alignment and you know being able to bless others with how much i've been blessed myself

i love that let's stay on mindset for a second so you know and i'm aligned with that a hundred percent but there's a big piece of the population that think that's you know what i mean like they're stuck they don't agree with it they they think that it's too woo-woo and all this different type of stuff which again that's not my beliefs but if you were coaching somebody that maybe didn't have kind of the lens that you have in life but wanted it, like they admired it and they weren't jealous of it, what would be some guidance or advice? Like where would somebody start to help shift? Because that's a habit, right? Like that's something the way you view the world, the way you see things, and you almost have to break the wrong habits and the way you see things before you build the right ones.

Talk to us about where would I start if I wanted to shift things and really have that mindset that you wake up with every single morning?

that sit in that mindset and they spin of why not, and I can't get there, and I can't be bigger than this, and this is as good as it could get, you're gonna stay right there.

But if you surround yourself with people that are gonna push you, that are gonna challenge you, that have experienced and succeeded so much bigger than your wildest dreams, it's going to show you and push you and open your eyes to things you never even believed are possible

get in the right circles surround yourself with the right people relationships are everything they are connection and relationships are everything

So that's one of my pillars in one of my beliefs in leadership is that strong working relationships are key.
