You guys are going to die when we get into talk about what Tali's actually built.

And we're going to kind of shift a little bit and talk about this nervous system style as an identity transformation tool.

So I told you I was reflecting this past week before we had our interview together.

And what came through for me is that our nervous system is constantly receiving cues from our environment.

Everyone who listens to The Cellular Upgrade understands that like our environment environment is super impactful on our health on our nervous system and I then realized well hello duh our clothes are part of our environment right yeah so our clothes are really taking part in shaping our nervous system therefore our identity and anything we can do to shift at the identity level that's going to obviously change our reality our manifestations but it can actually change our health too because it's signaling that confidence.

It's signaling that coherence, how we feel on the inside and how we're perceived on the outside.

One of my favorite things that you talk about is you always say, and you've taught me this, we have to wake up every single day and intentionally choose to dress for the life we want to live.

It's one of my absolutely favorite practices that I cannot recommend to everyone who listened to this podcast to embrace and to experiment.

waking up and they're all so tired and exhausted and they're dressing for the circumstances.

How do I want to feel today? What do I want to attract? Who is the person who is stepping into this beautiful day? And more than anything, who do you want to be in five or 10 years? And then you walk into your closet and you transform into that queen that you are.

It means that you're wearing an outfit that is in alignment with your intention of the day.

And it's absolutely incredible the impact of that simple practice and how it can shift your entire day.
