So, um, remind us about what your current approach is to firstly taking on work and how you sort of mostly generate your leads.
Um, most of our work comes through reputation, repeat clients, and recommendations.
... which brings in sort of well-planned serious projects rather than sort of the time wasters.
Um, I would say quite active on socials, which is quite a maj- major part for a lot of building companies now.
It's a real mix, isn't it? Socials has become the new sort of website, the new advertising-
