So we're going to talk about some of the different edges that you might meet in your business.

So edges feel uncomfortable and owning your edge feels even more uncomfortable because when we do that, we feel like we're opening ourselves up to judgment and it feels very vulnerable.

But the thing is, and you've probably already discovered this running your business, is that when you run a business... different edges will be revealed because running a business forces you to open up and expose the relationship you have with different edges in your business.

So for example, visibility, your confidence, your self-worth, your boundaries, your trust, your leadership, your need for control.

your ability to receive, your ability to receive compliments, your ability to receive help.

And that's really exposing the edges of your relationships with those things feels really tough because actually generally in life, they're kind of the difficult conversations.

And it is so much easier to just avoid kind of having that conversation with ourselves and to sort of avoid having to do that difficult work because it feels uncomfortable.

But the The issue with that is it's all until you have that conversation with yourself about some of these things and the relationship that you have with some of these things and why that relationship might exist, which is going to link back to probably difficult periods of your life.

you know, traumatic experiences, challenging periods of your life, failures, you know, periods of growth, it might be really uncomfortable going back there.

We can't heal and we can't use that and leverage it and reframe it as our power rather than something that is limiting us or keeping us behind.
