And I moved to a town where I knew no one to figure that out.

Clean slate, right? 100%.

And, you know, that's the gift that it was.

I see in that silver lining in that whole process.

So we moved and relocated, but I didn't know how to do it.

So once we got there, started, then it all fell into place with TPP, the professional builder, yeah.

So community was a really big part of like the mindset shift for you.

And you also mentioned systems and processes.

What was like the first system that you installed and what has been the most valuable system that you've installed for your business? What would you say?

At the moment, because if I didn't have a funnel, I'd take a call and that was it.

Now I've got a process, I've got a system from the initiation of actual phone call, log that date.

And then from there, I've got a whole process.

And it's a 12-step process, which has been... figured out by you guys and it works like you don't it's it's copy and paste realistically

how easy is that

oh it's not hard but until you realize that you're missing something or you're lacking something and you start sniffing around you'll be lucky if you've come across this i was very fortunate i came across it first go but i could see myself look in five six different places if this wasn't it I'm just fortunate that I found the right place at the right time.

And I'm grateful for it.
