So I started, I started doing that and, you know, I just, I got to know the people and I mean, managing people is very much about understanding the culture and, and how they work.

So I've kind of, I really know the good, the bad and the ugly of the industry and, and And over time in one of the biggest issues that I found was that the business owner would need help.

They would get a VA, uh, the VA, and then it wouldn't work out and the VA would be blamed and it would be like, oh, the VA didn't work out.

And what I know from my operations background is no, it's actually the breakdown in there wasn't enough systems and structure for it to succeed.

So the business owner, how can you expect a business owner to actually know how to delegate, how to manage people if they've never done it before? You know, these guys are mostly are builders, maybe manage, you know, subbies on site.

And so really that was like, I need to do this differently and I really want to make a difference in the industry.

bringing forward the operations background, I spend a lot of time training the builders on delegation.

I have systems and processes to kind of get them up to speed as quickly as they can so that when the virtual assistant comes on, they don't have to have every system set up in their business, just a few critical ones.

And then the VAs will come in and really help them build out their systems, processes, and then document it.
