Her name is Yasha Wells, and she's gonna be teaching us all about private equity and private money lending.
I know a lot of you guys, you guys are short-term rental owners, and you're looking at your real estate investments through that single family home lens.
But she's gonna dip our toes into some commercial investing, um, strategies, and I'm just super excited to have her.
Yasha came into my just network, I guess, through a really great friend named Angelica Pompey.
We are in a community together that is online called Business Church, and originally I had joined that community, there wasn't really many real estate people, I don't think, when we first joined.
Was there, Yasha? And then, like, suddenly there started to become a, a few more real estate women, realtors, um, for single family homes and then of course Yasha as, um, with the private equity background.
And really that is all based around marketing because even owning a branding and marketing agency, it's always the cobbler's family is the last one to have shoes.
It's always the agent marketing agency's business that's the last one to be marketed, and so I was, like, doing my best to pour into my own cup, which is why I joined Business Church and encountered Yasha.
I'm super excited for this connection, so without further ado, I'm gonna hand it over to you, Yasha, to tell us a little bit more about you, your background, and who you are.
