Well, you know, one thing is just to start, I had always struggled with sugar cravings and I'd always struggled with weight for my entire life.

And I was someone that has been on every single diet from Weight Watchers to trying to do Atkins, trying to eat less and exercise more.

So it was just something that was a continuous thread in my life that I just didn't know if I would ever be able to overcome my sugar cravings and just being happy with where I was from a health

So after I I went to UC Berkeley, got my degree, started working as a management consultant in healthcare, and then went and got my MBA and started doing more of it, but just with larger companies in New York City and all around the country.

And while I was working there, I was getting so much experience working with these top companies, but I was still having my internal struggle of being able to maintain that lifestyle, which was so demanding and so busy.

And so while I was there, I started researching all of this different information that I had access to for my degree in molecular cell biology.

And I started seeing that all the diets that I'd been following were all based on following restrictive methods of eating processed foods that weren't healthy for our body, definitely not healthy for our bones, but just lowering my calories and feeling hungry all the time.

And that wasn't the only way to lose weight and that wasn't the long-term way to lose weight and not to mention have a healthier, stronger body, which I

So I started adding a lot of foods that we're going to talk about today, adding things that started making me healthier from inside and out, started adding some natural muscle mass that came on with that.
