Aubrey GrossenGuestPodcast HostHostso beautiful.
Knowing that I was going to speak to you today, my mind went this morning to a woman who I have never met, but my cousin has a friend who is currently experiencing the depths of depression and anxiety and is currently bedridden.
And she has children and a husband who works.
And my mind went to her, even though I've never met her and I don't know her.

situation a couple of days ago and I thought if somebody like that can hear from someone like you and be inspired or motivated to know that there is hope on the other end and that they will get out of bed one day and be able to be a wife and a mother again then it's all worth it I don't know how you feel about that sometimes it's like well why do I have to go through this hard thing just so that somebody else can connect with me and I can help them you know that doesn't seem fair but it brings us closer together.
How do you feel about that?

I mean, that makes me choke up a little bit already just listening because to me it's like, no, it's worth it even for one person.

Like if I, if, if all that I've gone through, if all that I've shared does nothing, but like help one person to choose to stay on this earth, to choose to like keep going to choose to wake up the next day.

Like to me, that is worth any ounce of like embarrassing story I could share.

Like I, not that even my mental health is embarrassing, but it's just like, it is vulnerable.

Like it's, it's so vulnerable to share, but to me, I've always hit post for that one person.
