But how do, I guess, how do they go about like finding reputable resources? It's just like, it feels like everything's lying.
find the right ones? And- It can be difficult.
I will definitely say when you are Googling stuff, don't look at anything really that comes up on the first page of Google.
A lot of that stuff is not accurate or they will push things in the beginning to kind of skew information.
Her podcast is great.
She's got and I love her, too, because she provides all of the information that she's talking about.
So not only are you hearing it all, but she also gives you all the sources.
So that's a great place that I found a lot of source information.
He's got a great website with information.
There's let's see, there's quite a few.
There's lots of documentaries and movies that you can also watch.

So you can click and it has like a whole Google document filled with like documentaries, podcasts, and then it goes and it breaks down by each link.
