Vitamin K

Magnesium matters.

Vitamin K and other micronutrients play roles in bone health.

So please don't just think from this conversation that, okay, do I need a calcium supplement? I'd rather you ask yourself, am I giving my body what it needs to maintain strong bones? because I feel like that is the bigger conversation.

Now, there's an amazing range of things that vitamins do as a group.

Very complicated.

Reuters took a look at the data from a company called Truveta.

It was of one million live births.

From January to June of 2026 alone, refusals by parents of that life-saving, otherwise benign, vitamin K shot shot up 57%.

As the Reuters article pointed out, the vitamin K shot is not a vaccine.
