Yeah, that's great.
Like apart from me passing out because, you know, that's just never a good thing.
Right.
Let's skip that part.
I wouldn't change it.
You know, I just love how it all came together.
You know, like even though it wasn't what I initially wanted, it ended up being what I needed.
And since then, it's been a lot easier for me to let go of certain high expectations that I have on myself.
I think that that's the lesson that I really gathered from that experience is being able to let go of ridiculously high standards.
Because I've always been like that.
I've always been a perfectionist.
That's what it is.
And so I've always held myself to ridiculous high standards.
And then so whenever it came to anything, I would be an overachiever.
And if I didn't do it or get it or experience it the way that I wanted to I thought it was a failure but for me to go through all of that and to still have my son and to still be healthy and for him to be healthy and for me to have so much support I think that was just a huge lesson from God because I am religious I feel like that was a huge lesson from God on being okay with the messiness of life and being okay that things are not going to end up perfect all the time because it was still so beautiful, still so sacred.
Even if it wasn't what I ultimately wanted in the beginning, I wouldn't change it for the world.
I loved my experience.
It was so good.
And I love hearing that you had a great team because that really does make all the difference.
And the fact that it was just the people that were on really great that it worked out so well
yeah yeah yeah all right anything from postpartum you want to share yeah so for the first few oh my gosh it was it was hard um I'm I'm very very sensitive to any and all hormonal changes and so of course postpartum, you're going through all the hormonal changes.
Yeah, that's great.
