yeah I think when I was really little, I was like the person that everybody went to for their problems.

And I like to be the problem solver and the listener and the keeper of all secrets.

And so for a long time, probably the first 10 years, I was just kind of floating around in different directions in the social work world.

I worked on the Indian reservation with Native Americans on a dialysis center as a medical social worker.

And I think being older and having done more of my own personal work and having a little bit more time and experience behind me, it just made me a better therapist.

And I didn't have a lot of experience as being like the participant of EMDR, but I just went ahead and went straight into the training.

And since then I've done EMDR, but I've seen it like it to me is like one of the most magical therapeutic modalities out there.
