I have to say, I've been off Trizapatide for a month now.
I realize why I take it.
I am feeling so out of control, anxious.
And it's not even like the high level, like my heart racing.
It's just more like, I think I talked about this on a previous podcast.
I couldn't like explain the feeling, but it feels like the walls are closing in on me and I need to like get rid of everything or like physically like push everything out.
And that is... hi that is a feeling that i have right now and i i'm it's very uncomfortable and i was trying i was trying to not be on it because i'm working out again and i'm back to like really tracking like when i'm eating and it is helpful when i have an appetite so i was trying to do that but now i'm like all right this is why this is why i take it so um i don't know what to do What is your goal? Well, I mean, in which avenue, right? If I'm working out, my goal is to put muscle back on, which requires food.
The reason why I started taking Trizivotide was because I was super anxious and I wanted to see if it would help, which turns out it does.
So I have
like conflicting goals at the moment.
So I do think that you can force yourself.
