In the very beginning, we didn't start permitting until we got money, or it funded, or we got the first cash draw, and we realized by the time we start it then, we're so far behind.
Um, but, but what matters is, is that everything that has happened, we have learned from it, and we've created processes like, "How do we prevent this from happening again?"
If it was people that we were, quote, "losing," it wasn't because they were backing out.
It was either financing, or something happened with land that they thought that they were gonna get, and they couldn't get it.
