The Baddest Bitch in the Building
Aug 26, 2026 · 30 min · 11 segments
In my past life, before I became a philosopher, I worked as a management consultant in the corporate world.
And when I tell you the things I saw, like that place, working in a corporate environment is like being in a petri dish of human behavior.
It is fascinating and terrifying at the same time.
However, I also got a chance to work with a lot of women who are high up in the corporate ladder.
I got to work with vice presidents, C-suite executives, you name it.
And I learned a lot about the behaviors of women who command respect in male-dominated environments and male-dominated rooms.
Y'all, when I tell you I've seen women not let the CEO speak over them, oh my gosh.
So in this episode, as promised in one of my previous episodes, and also as requested by a few of you baddies, I'm going to discuss seven habits of these high-ranking women that I observed that we can all use in our lives, no matter what industry or level of seniority you're at.
If you are new here, my name is Niki.
I am your host.
I am the baddest bitch in the building.
Not to be confused with you, who's also the baddest bitch in the building.
And I have worked in a few different fields.
I've worked in academia.
I've worked in the nonprofit sector.
And most recently, and for the longest time, I've worked in the corporate sector as a management consultant in the sustainability field.
So what I'm going to share today is based on my findings and my observations in the corporate world.
All right, no dilly-dallying, no foreplay.
Let's get into it.
