And they're great because the webinars are so accessible and, you know, so it's such a good start because again, people will sometimes be notified quite late in the day that they're going to be moving in and you don't have time to sign up for a postgrad or you don't have time to sign up for a postgrad in general.
I feel like, and it's not my place to say what should be happening in the world, but I feel like there should be some compulsory training there or, you know, training that you access automatically if you are going into an autism class because teachers deserve that training.
Everybody, you know, deserves it in order to give the kids the best start because it's not the same as in a mainstream school and, We do it a disservice, I mentioned class, I mean, we do it a disservice if we say it is because you do need specialist training of some description in order to get started.
So I started with those and I started with a few NCSE courses and then I applied for the postgraduate diploma in autism studies.
So, and you get automatic access, which I think is really important for teachers to know because anyone who's teaching for a few years will know that getting on the NCSE course is like hen's teeth.
It is like getting tickets to the Maywall Ireland, which I'm currently trying to do.
