I wanted to get this out to you pretty quickly, so it's not really edited or anything, so I do apologize for that.
But Jack Jenkins recently just came off a pretty tough split decision against Shawn Woodson.
These guys have just managed their life as well as being an elite level athlete.
Jack gives his thoughts on the fight, what went wrong, what he could have fixed, what went right, how he handled the loss straight after.
It's always a very good insight into how elite athletes handle these defeats that mean obviously so much to them.
And in the middle, before we go on to talk about the UFC as well, we sandwich it really well, we talk about the Australian MMA regional scene and kind of what goes on there, some of the dramas and the rivalries and Samad and Sir Miles and all those guys, Emrah and Heike Mugler, they're all teammates of his.
When it comes to some of the other guys, Emrehan Hakimoglu got disqualified for kneeing it down the podium.
