You know, every time we go out to a job site and get to see the trusses that are swinging, windows being installed, it really is fun to watch.

And it's really fun when your clients are there and they're excited about the process and everything.

But you know what? There are so many things happening in this phase that people really can't see.

And Lance is an expert in invisible, but very visible.

We connected with him through one of our superintendents who happened to run into him and started a conversation with him.

And we were asking around, quite frankly, when we moved into that market several years ago, we were asking around who the better framing contractors are because it's such an important part of what we do.

We wanted to make sure that if we're marketing ourselves as one of the best builders in that market, we wanted to make sure we were using the best subcontractors.
