I feel like a lot of females can relate to this, like with food and like exercising and, you know, trying to stay a certain size.
Like ever since I had arthritis last year and I went on different diets, I can honestly now say the difference between eating to look a So because I was so healthy for so long, now that when I do have a bit of like gluten or sugar, I genuinely do not feel good.
But at the same time, I'm lucky where I started these injections and different supplements that if I do feel like it's that time of the month and, you know, I want a KFC burger.
But I feel like so many of my earlier years were just spent on obsessing what I ate, how much I ate.
I don't want her to waste her life thinking about insignificant things like that.
It's like I feel like eat what you want to eat to feel good, not to look a certain way.
Like I know all of our weight fluctuates up and down depending on where we're on our cycle, if we're stressed, you know, if we're drinking a lot.
I know I get super bloated when I'm having drinks, but I'm also having a great time.
that night I ate super healthy, had 10 hours of sleep and my stomach was flat the next morning.
