But it's this glass ceiling, isn't it? It's like, well, you're only a, you know, insert title, gender, whatever you want to do.

I guess perhaps more for you, it's not so much what is your why? It's more that you're saying, well, why not me? If that person can do it, so can I.

And I think it sounds to me like your main driver is... that satisfaction of being able to empower somebody else whether that is a patient whether that is a colleague someone you're mentoring I know you do a huge amount of mentorship it's just empowering them with self-belief and empowering them with the knowledge that they they need but actually most of the time you you've got it already it's it's about it's about going out there and doing it isn't it

yeah and I think the more like if even taking the nurse title away I think You know, I attended an event which was in January on International Women's Day, which was the Women in Aesthetics event.

I mean, one of the maxillofacial surgeons that was speaking literally said that because she wasn't a white, middle-aged, golf-playing male, she face didn't fit as a consultant and actually the barriers that she faced and I think you and I have often said like we have a responsibility to other women and so other people in our profession to say no this is the standard we set ourselves and we can do it so don't don't let other people limit you

Especially in an industry which is, you know, the majority of our patients are women.

And there needs to be more of a feeling of opportunity because the opportunity is there.
