And it really does come back down to that empathy, just validating the person's experience.

right and yeah even like with my own health anxiety I'll name like two experiences just so people can also like relate a little bit I had an experience what about a month and a half ago so I got a horsefly bite there a horsefly is more common in Mexico that's where I live and And, like, I'm very sensitive to bugs.

Like, it gets to be low season up until, like, beginning of November, end of October.

like the mosquito bites like and my brother like for whatever it is he has that experience too and I was like I went to a lagoon with my friend and then I felt this bite and I was like this shit is insanely itchy and it hurts and it's very red I go home and then I the next day I was like I'm gonna still work out with my friend fuck it How bad could it be? No, that made it infected and it looked horrible.

So it looked very red and then it started to spread throughout my foot and it started to look purple.

And I, at this point, like I knew it most likely was a horsefly bite because it happened once on my hand and that has happened before.

It wasn't, it was, it was itchy, but it wasn't consistently painful like it was with my hand.

So I then was freaking out and someone who's close with my brother, their mom is a doctor.

She was like, you need to go to the emergency room ASAP, which I can fully understand where she was coming from.
