My question is about a pattern that I'd love for you to diagnose.

So my cart opens strong, then the middle goes dead, and then there's no last day surge.

Same pattern every launch.

What's your guess, and what would you check to confirm it?

Oof, this is a good one, and right in my wheelhouse.

So here's what I would do, Rebecca.

First of all, I want to acknowledge that your first day is strong.

What that means is that you've done a really great job with your pre-launch strategies.

So you've primed the pump well.

So you might have been talking about, you know, this boot camp you're doing is coming up soon, or this webinar you're doing is coming up soon, and you're starting to talk about the topic related to your course.

All of that is fantastic.

So you gotta give yourself a little credit.

Nice job on pre-launching.

Now, that mid-cart slump.

First of all, we have all been there.

It's very normal unless you have a strategy ready to go.

The best strategy you can do in a mid-cart launch is a timely bonus.

Typically, it's a 48-hour or a 24-hour bonus.

Now, here's why this is so cool.

It gives you an opportunity to start a new conversation with email and social media.

So in mid-cart, things start to kind of slow down.

They've heard that you have your webinars.

They know that you're selling something.
