What I love is that it wasn't like, "Right, I'm never gonna drink again." It's like, "Can I go a sober sea- or can I go a ski season without drinking?"

... and then you just, and then you can stack on, right? Because then you get-

... to show yourself what, that you can do it.

You get to build wins, build confidence, build self-trust, et cetera.

I was curious as well, dude, so you, you're saying you li- you like, you liked the way to challenge yourself, which I think is great.

And what I find with a lot of guys that I work with as well, a lot of high achievers, is that we're very competitive, you know?

And we were just talking about Padel before- [laughs]

... we came on, right? So I wonder for you, like, do you, do you find yourself, like, in a competitive nature? Like, do you-

Yeah, I don't-

I think for me, I was like, I'm competing against myself.
