Marie-Noelle MarquisHostHi, everyone.
Nice for you to join this AIP Summit 2026.
So my name, first of all, before I present myself, just a reminder, this goes for all the presentations.
Everything that's shared here is really for informational purpose only.
It should not be a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
So please, whatever I share, take it as information and seek advice of your physician, your health coach, your functional practitioner.
If you have any questions and anything that pertains to your particular situation and needs.
So today's webinar presentation is the autoimmune athlete empowered movement.
As we know, obviously, this is an AIP summit, but probably a lot of you know that movement is a big part of this AIP protocol.
It's not just nutrition.
We have stress.
We have all the lifestyle factors.
And so movement is really a big one as well.
And as it has such a huge impact on the health and especially when we live with an autoimmune condition.
So just a little bit about myself before I go into the details of this presentation.
So my name is Lana Böttner.
I'm a board certified functional health coach.
Of course, AIP certified coach.
I also have a training as an epigenetics coach.
I'll talk about this in a little bit.
For my own health journey, I live with ankylosing spondylitis.
It's a type of rheumatoid arthritis condition that attacks the spine, the SI joints.
And recently also had endometriosis, which is not quite an autoimmune condition, but falls into the chronic condition.
So my approach as a functional health coach is really a full body approach, working on body, mind, soul, working on lifestyle factors.
So not only AIP, nutrition, lots of movement, stress management, nervous system regulation, really a 360 approach to healing.
