The only podcast in the world for real estate agents BY active real estate agents, specifically to help REALTORS®️ who are STUCK at 5 transactions a year, get to 20+. Considering switching brokerages…
To set the stage, guys, at this point, when I'm giving my listing presentation, this is when I'm at the seller's house already, and we have just finished the tour.
when I sit down, I have a whole list of questions for them that I've asked up until this point, which I know I have gone over all of this in various other podcasts, and maybe, you know, maybe we'll do an updated one from start to finish my entire listing process.
But the focus of today is just the listing presentation, which I don't think I've done yet before.
Even if I have already got the listing, even if it's, like, my mom, whoever, I want to walk them through my process.
So two things, one, they know what to expect, but also they know all of the work that I'm going to do behind the scenes.
Well, before we sit down, I always ask them, I'm like, "Okay, are you open to me sharing how I will get your house sold?" And I think that that's important because some agents will go into it with a, "This is, this is how you sell a house.
You know, how you... how houses are sold." And people don't want to know that because they already think they know, first of all.
But they do wanna know how your process is different and what it's going to be like working with you.
I think it was, like, the very first listing that I lost, I did things differently because I thought I had it in the bag.
I don't, I don't wanna say half-ass a presentation, but I didn't cover the exact marketing part of my presentation.
