But, look, it's certainly having an impact, and unfortunately and realistically, probably most of the impact is coming on the, the areas of our business such as like research, data gathering, you know, creating first drafts of information memorandums, putting together presentations, reports, and basic analysis, which is the jobs that usually entrant level brokers and analysts do.
Um, so, so yes, it's having a massive impact in, in that regard because all that information is now at your fingertips and can be done really quickly and turned around really quickly.
But I guess probably therein lies the opportunity for property brokers as well, um, because things like judgment, communication, and trust, and those relationships, persuasion and negotiation, things that AI can't do, you know, that are, that are personal traits of a human, become even more important.
What does that mean, do you think, for people that might be considering getting into property?
So all those items that I mentioned before from, from research and creating u- information memorandums and, and reporting and everything else like that still needs to be learnt, but it's probably a great thing that AI is doing that because, you know, these younger brokers can have that at their fingertips and, and they can, they can absorb that information a- and gather that information quicker than we ever have before.
I mean, gone are the days where we have to go to council and pull out zoning maps and look at heights and FSRs and things like that.
So AI will effectively help these younger brokers in their role and become more efficient and proficient, um, in it sooner.
And I guess that human in the loop is always important because sometimes the AI is not pulling all of the correct information together, so it's that review from a human to make sure, okay, is this actually accurate?
