Look, I think there's a number of things.

Look, I mean, it's a well-paid career if you're good at it.

As I mentioned, we do a lot of work off the ball and you do, you don't get paid for a lot of the, the time that you spend on things that you miss or work that you've done, but when you do do something well, you get paid well for it and, and, and that's the trade-off.

The other thing I love about property industry is, is, is the variety.

You know, no two, no two deals are the same.

Properties are different, owners are different, buyers are different, the problems f- that each property faces are different, um, negotiations are always different.

It, it's a very social career.
