Jordan Samuel FlemingHostAnd I'm here live with my friend Andrew Becker from both Billions and the Probate Engineers.
Can you give everybody a little background on who you are and which different pies you have your fingers in right now?
Started my career working nuclear weapons stuff at the Air Force, worked at the Pentagon for about seven years.
So it worked out really well because with nukes and, you know, those types of things, it's very like... playbook, systems, audit, policy oriented.
But from my time running that team, spun up a real estate team operating system called Billions.
And most recently, I have kicked off something that I'm really passionate about called Probate Engineers, where we teach real estate professionals how to set up a probate department inside their operation in just four weeks.
Well, we'll get to probate first, but it's funny you said about the nuclear element and the OCD element.
I recently did an episode, recorded an episode with Brian Waters, who we know from a mutual vast mind of nothing else.
And he was saying just, you know, those jobs are all like very heavily processed.
Like the, the, you know, when you're a pilot, you got to do the checklist or you you may die.
When you're a fire captain, you know, when you're a fireman and you're going, you know, you got to run the plays the way you run the plays or people may die.
And so I think there is, it's funny that, you know, you did in the same way with the nuclear element.
