A lot of photographers think more options will help them appeal to more people, but too many options can actually lower conversion because now the client has to compare every little detail and every little difference.

And then suddenly, instead of thinking about how excited they are to work with you, they're doing homework.

And the more decisions that you give someone, and the more decisions someone has to make, the more likely they're going to delay a decision altogether, and then probably not end up booking you at all.

So instead of offering five, six, or seven different packages, try simplifying your core options and core offers.

For most wedding photographers, three simple wedding collections is usually enough.

You can have a simple coverage option, your most popular package or a best fit option, and then your premium option.

They should each have a very, very clear purpose and distinction between all of them.
