A man known as Mr. Vlatko arrives via limo at a home for disabled and orphaned children.

Apparently the home's fallen on hard times, like they don't even have, like, electric light bulbs.

He basically gives her envelopes full of money in exchange for then being brought to the room of one Sabina Nicoli.

Sabina has some like Forrest Gump leg braces and then gets around with crutches.

And the woman in charge tells the girl that she's going to go with Vlatko so that he can make her better.

And as Vlatko's car leaves, we see the sign for the house outside the wrought iron gate, which notes it's actually a children's asylum.

Now a pathologist is showing a federal agent, the body of a woman brought in by sewer workers.

The body is released to the agent who we learn is not actually a federal agent.
