Elijah KeckGuestThe, the title of this series is Faith That Becomes Their Own, and the conversations that we're gonna have, gonna have over the next three weeks is really circled around how can teenagers... or what can we do now so that teenagers don't borrow our faith-
but instead, that their faith can become, uh, owned by them, can be authentic faith that survives in their modern adult world, into college, into adulthood.
But what are things that we can do as parents during this time to better help students own their faith and so that faith becomes their own? Um, today, part, the part of this conversation that we're gonna be talking through is, is doubts and hard questions.
What do we do when students say they're doubting their faith or they have questions about their faith, especially questions that maybe parents don't know? I get questions sometimes, I'm like-

And I actually think, just, just from my perspective as a pastor, um, and you probably, you would probably agree with me, I think that if your students aren't having questions and aren't having some doubts in certain things, then they're probably not s- looking deep enough.

I think in faith in general, especially when you're growing up in, in this age group and you have a lot of questions, um, man, getting to the bottom of these questions, learning, studying, doing all these things is so valuable and important.

It's, it's bigger than just, "I'm gonna go on Sundays," and you know, maybe that question exists, but who cares? Like, it's-
