[upbeat music] A judge has approved Anthropic's attempt to settle a $1.5 billion copyright lawsuit brought by writers in San Francisco, the judge finding the AI company infringed on the writers' copyright by storing pirated versions of their work, but crucially also found the actual output from Anthropic's models is transformative enough of that original work to qualify as fair use.
The black metal card is part of the Visa network, and is being issued by Barclays bank.
And speaking of Samsung, the tech firm is also starting a new robotics division.
It's called RX, short for Robotics Experience, and is reportedly planning to start manufacturing humanoid robots before the end of the year.
