So I'm going to kick off Simon and ask you just around the extraordinary growth that Heidi Health has experienced and looking back, what are some of the key moments or decisions that contributed to that growth?

Yeah, so Heidi's been around for seven years, but the story really is three years old.

It was the generative boom of AI when Heidi was working with practice automation technology, telehealth technology, and all of a sudden this ChatGPT moment in November 2022 made our painstakingly crafted natural language processing technologies obsolete overnight.

so we needed a new focus and Heidi lent early and focused in on the AI scribing use case and that turned out to be the killer use case in healthcare.

We have clinicians who painstakingly try and do their notes while they're having the patient consultation and that's part of the job they really don't like.

And now we've got this AI ambiently listening.

It's recording the consultation, transcribing it.

So it allows the clinicians to return time and attention back to the patients.

So the use case makes a lot of difference for the clinicians in their consultation.

But it's also a use case that's common around the world.

So we picked something with a huge addressable market, and then we made the controversial commercial decision to make that AI scribing technology free.

And that free tier just meant it could go everywhere.

And we watched...

Over two years, the phenomenon of Heidi exploded to the point now where we're in 190 countries, 110 languages, we're doing 2.7 million notes a week, and we're providing relief all

around the world.
