So have you done any benchmarking on your side, how much time actually saved for clinicians? Simon, probably you'd be very knowledgeable on that side as well.
10:08
Yeah, so I look at the research that's out there and there's a few problems with it.
10:12
It's skewed to just a few companies, mostly in North America.
10:17
And because of the lag to research, what you're looking at is phenomena from a year ago or more.
10:25
And we looked across our user base and we thought that there was fundamentally a different set of outcomes and results.
10:32
So we've done our own impact reports across our client bases in three regions.
10:37
We did the UK, we did Australia and New Zealand first, we did the UK and we've done Canada as well.

So what do you think, did you miss that opportunity time when you when a lot of scribe tools local slide tools actually got implemented into those health systems and do you think it's still possible to replace them in in some way or or you need to go after other health systems that are still adopting these solutions
8:52
Mm-hmm.
8:52
And so the first myth is clinicians are Luddites.
8:55
Um, the experience to date, prior to the g- the generative AI era, is whenever there was a digital health initiative, clinicians were resistant, needed change management, they were vocal, and it was just tough work.
9:12
And there's this dominant logic out there that clinicians just don't like technology.
9:17
What this report has demonstrated and what we're seeing the world over is you get product market fit right, and clinicians will jump at it, not just readily, but before governance exists.
9:31
And th- that's the other thing.
9:33
The need is so acute that clinicians are adopting ahead of readiness.

I suppose, what, from your perspectives, is the new game for these companies who are trying to win trust or get distribution? What do they need to be doing, and what does this funding speak to about that?
28:55
Can you speak to what you're sort of seeing in the change of the broader macro environment for the roles of these different organisations?
29:02
Thank you for not calling out how long I've been around for.
29:05
I have been around for a long time.
29:08
I remember once upon a time, the subsectors were really sharply delineated.
29:13
So you had payer, provider, life sciences, med tech, retail health is probably another sector, and they were all really separate.
29:24
And then we had really distinct boundaries between acute care, primary care, aged care and consumer health.
29:34
because there is so much capability and reorientation and digital has been a driver of that, the lines have become blurred between the segments and you see the fastest change in the private sector.
