Tool number one, in no particular order, although you'll soon see I have a favorite, go high level.

If you have followed me for a while, you'll know we've changed CRMs over the years.

I'm a business owner who wants systems and I want systems that make running my business easier.

If something happens more than three times in your business, it probably deserves a system.

We need to have systems, especially women, because the less brain space I spend remembering admin... following up with the people manually or lying awake, wondering where somebody is in the process, the more brain space I have to coach women.

So what does go high level actually do in my business? First of all, it's where we manage our sales pipeline.

Every single inquiry comes in to go high level, whether that is someone's downloaded a guide from us, whether they have joined our newsletter list, whether they've inquired about coaching or booked a call or registered for an event, we know exactly where they are.

Instead of emails flying back and forth saying, can you just check this? Did you see the other one? Have you missed the email? What about the caption on Thursday's post? Everything lives in one place and it's really simple.

If you've got things flying around in email threads and DMs and text messages and WhatsApp, you already know that how much brain space that eats up.

Third, we are right in the middle of moving all of our core client programs from Kajabi into GoHighLevel.

But the reason that we're doing it is that we're trying really hard to simplify the business.

fewer platforms, less duplications, fewer mistakes, more things living under one roof.
