At the end of the day, how do we make sure the recommendation, and we talked about this too, is based on what's best for the seller, not what's best for the company? I believe it's up to the agent.

And look, my job is easy here because our North Star is very simple, right? How do we support our agents? Correct.

That's a very simple lens to think through to be able to make these decisions and be able to recommend strategies to our agents and to our clients because it is linear.

There is not trying to have to figure out how to navigate the newest incentive of the week because it's going to help manipulate something.

In June of last year, we had all the FAIR Act where rental agents don't get paid.

The only person who gets paid is the listing agent paid by the landlord, unless you make a deal and sign an agreement with the renter who you're taking around.

However, it's changing, and there are a lot of dynamic things that are happening, and now all of this.

How do, when agents come into your office, what is their biggest concern today? more than ever before.

I think inventory is the biggest current concern is that agents are just trying to figure out ways to unlock inventory when it's extremely difficult and everybody has a three and an eighth interest rate from 2019.
