I think for me, when people think about rugby, it's all about being strong, going to the gym, [laughs] especially in the, if you're in the forward pack, which is true.

But for me, I guess it's not just the lifting weights in the gym and all that.

It's recovery, it's stretching, eating right, sleeping well, and I think most important for me, O, is when you know to push physically, which, whether that's fitness or rug- in the gym or any aspects of rugby, and also knowing when to rest too.

With the amount of impact there is now, with the speed of the game, it's really important to physically be prepared, be ready.

And I think it's important, too, to note that there are trainers that can get you into shape to work on what you need to work on as a individual position.

Physical preparation means for a rugby player beyond gym work, when you first started your answer, I was like, what came to me was being able to be fit to perform.

Most of this physical preparation is to be able to be, to perform all the different actions of what your role is on the field, and you can't do those dynamic movements without preparing it.

Like and obviously everyone wants to be stronger, faster and bigger, and yeah, that's what you do.
