Fred, Witty, and Reece are back to recap War in the Woods 15 and discuss what makes this event one of the BEST no prep races in the world. From the unique atmosphere and incredible racing to some of…
have probably seen, maybe not, but the very first War in the Woods I was out May last year, G-Body in the top end, one of the first pairs of hard tire, the G-Body shuffled straight into the guardrail, literally right at me.
And what's crazy is just before that weekend, they installed a second row of guardrail.
That's probably the only thing that contained that car.
Yeah.
Anyhow, we're past that.
The right wall is pretty much unscathed this event.
It wasn't any better from the last time we left it, though.

It's part of the character of Brown County.
It is, but almost no new damage to it this event, which is nice.
Yeah, that left side of the wall, that'll get you.
But I will say operationally, they have shaped that event up quite a bit.
Oh, there's so much staff.
The first time I think I saw staff shirts on the property, and a lot of them.
There's a lot of people just getting trash, helping people out, park, all that stuff.
They had all that staff.
They had sheriffs and police coming through there.
I think Jeff posted or someone posted there was 26 arrests over the weekend.
Most of them were just, like, minors in possession of alcohol and people getting in fights and shit.
You can still pretty much have fun out there.
But, I mean, we still saw kids gambling at the gambling table.
Don't say that too loud.
